Terms and conditions referral program

(hereinafter "the Program")

Organizing Entity

This Program is organized by PuntoNet Tech, hereinafter referred to as PNT.

2. Participants and Mechanics

To participate in the Program either as a Referrer or Referee (as defined below), you must meet the following requirements: (i) be a natural person over eighteen (18) years of age; and (ii) be domiciled in the Argentine Republic (Possessing an ID and Residence if you are of foreign origin). Employees dependent on PNT (references between current employees) and their immediate family members (parents, children, and siblings) cannot participate in the Program.

Those interested in participating in the Program who meet the aforementioned requirements may recommend one or more professionals with experience and knowledge in information technology to PNT and apply with their profile in the searches that the company frequently conducts and communicates internally. Individuals who wish to make a job recommendation to PNT under the aforementioned terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Referrer") must complete the form found at the URL https://www.puntonet.tech/referidos, providing all the requested information, including that of the person they are referring to (hereinafter referred to as the "Referee").

The program is valid from June 17, 2021.

PNT will review the submitted CVs and contact the Referees who fit into PNT's personnel search and selection process.

3.The Prize

3.1. When a person referred through the Program effectively joins PNT as an employee and completes 90 (ninety) days in the position (hereinafter referred to as the "Probation Period"), and has no sanctions; the Referrer will be entitled to a cash prize (hereinafter referred to as the "Prize"). The Prize will be awarded within the subsequent 20 days following the completion date of the aforementioned probation period. It is clarified that only Referrers may be entitled to the Prize. The Prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be claimed by third parties.

3.2. In all cases, the transportation expenses and any other expenses that the Referrers entitled to the Prize may eventually incur to collect the Prize will be at their sole cost and expense.

3.3. PNT's responsibility ends with the provision of the Prize, and under no circumstances shall it be liable to reimburse the winner for any costs and/or expenses incurred by them due to their participation in the Program or for any other reason.

3.4. In all cases, it will be the sole responsibility of the Referees entitled to the Prize to pay any amount that may be due for obtaining the Prize, whether in the form of taxes, fees, contributions, and/or national, provincial, or municipal tariffs.

4.General Conditions

4.1. Referees recommended by a recruitment agency or by a person who is in any way connected to them will not be considered for the program. If two or more people refer the same Referee, the first referral will be considered valid for participation in the Program. "Self-references" will not be considered for the Program. There are no limits to the number of Referees per Referrer.

4.2. Participation in the Program implies full knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and the requirements to participate in the Program. If necessary, PNT reserves the right to modify, expand, and/or clarify these Terms and Conditions.

4.3. The personal data of the Referrer provided when registering to participate in the Program may be used by PNT solely in relation to this Program and will not be retained by PNT once the Program is concluded. The Referrer may only recommend individuals as Referees who have expressly and previously authorized the use of their data contained in their attached CV or LinkedIn webpage. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Referrer assumes responsibility for obtaining that authorization. The personal data of the Referee, contained in their CV or LinkedIn page of the Referrer, may be used by PNT solely in relation to this Program, to contact them for the purpose of inviting them to a job selection process and/or to make them a job offer. As established in Article 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25.326, the data subject, upon proof of identity, has the right to access the data, within 10 (ten) calendar days from the proof of their identity, free of charge at intervals not less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proven for this purpose. For the rectification and deletion of personal data, the data subject may exercise such rights within 5 (five) business days of proving their identity. Referrers authorize the international transfer of their data. PNT reserves the right to transfer the personal data of the Referee and Referrer for processing by third parties within the scope set forth in this clause.

4.4. For any dispute that may arise in relation to the Contest and these Terms and Conditions, the participants submit to the jurisdiction of the ORDINARY courts of the City of Córdoba - Argentine Republic, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
